Aw, I'm sorry you're feeling crummy at the mo. This picture really made me laugh, if it's any consolation?

You know, it's impossible to do everything at once. Just enjoy the children and look forward to writing again next week.

Auntie Jenny has spoken. So there.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, you lovely girls for being so lovely.

I'm very glad monkey made you laugh. He's called Tangy, and he's my niece's security blanket. He's actually Tangy No 4 (I think) because she keeps losing them! He'll live safely in Bangkok with us until we get the call that he has to fly home.

I'm going to take tomorrow off as it's daughter's birthday but I'm making a date for Sunday morning, which is one of my favourite times in front of the pc.

Wishing you all well, and thanks for your all round lovliness.

Sorry, yes Liz, it's Heineken, and I really honestly only had one tin, but it was a big one! I'm a very cheap date unless it's gin: I am quite impressive with gin!

Then you remind me very much of friend who's now living in Beijing...she is very impressive with gin. Enjoy tomorrow:-)

I think that might be a prerequisite of being an expat in Asia, don't you?

Infact, I'm going to suggest next time I'm in immigration, that they ask all incoming expats HOW much gin they can consume...
